Return Policy
In Corrington Co, we take pride in providing exceptional quality products that we stand behind and we also want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.

If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 30 calendar days, start from the day you placed the order.

Final sale products are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Exchange
For size exchange, please return your item/s to us and we will send you another one with the size of your preference. If the item/s that you wish to exchange is not available, we will refund the item/s.

For a different color or style exchange, please return your item/s to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at corringtonco.com. We will refund the returned item/s excluding original shipping charges.
Refund
If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return the item/s and opt for refund. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your return to be processed. If every return condition is met, we will refund your original purchase price of the item/s excluding original shipping charges.

Please provide us your bank account details that you wish for the refund to be transferred back into it. Once you sent the details, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and refund your payment. We will notify the refund via email.

Return Condition
  • Item/s must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and free from odors such as perfume, durian smell and et cetera.
  • Item/s must be returned with their every original packaging, accessories and tag attached.
  • The accessories and tag must not have any sign of removed or defaced.
Return Shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and charges for returned item/s are the responsibility of the customer. Corrington Co takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item/s via traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Corrington Co.
Return Process
  • Get in touch with our Client Service Team by sending an email including your order number and pictures of the issue to hello@corringtonco.com.
  • After shipping your return, please send us the tracking number of the returned shipment and keep the shipping receipt until your return is fully processed, as it's your proof of shipment.
  • You will receive email notification when our team has received your return. We endeavour to process refunds daily but please allow up to 1-3 business days for your return to be processed.
